Mumbai, 4 August, 2026: DVS Advisory Group, $400 mn globally integrated professional and business services platform, today announced the signing of an exclusive strategic alliance with Whitman Advisory, the largest consulting firm of its kind serving the U.S. CPA profession, specializing in accounting firm mergers, acquisitions, succession planning, and strategic growth.
The alliance supports DVS Advisory Group's long-term vision of building a globally integrated professional and business services platform by pursuing the U.S. accounting firms representing more than US$250 million in aggregate revenues over the next 30 months, backed by a planned investment commitment of up to US$ 500 million over the next five years, in India and the US.
The platform is intended to strengthen the India–US professional services corridor by enabling Indian entrepreneurs and mid-market businesses to seamlessly access trusted advisory capabilities and investment opportunities in the United States, while helping American businesses expand into India through investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Over time, DVS Advisory Group aims to create a globally connected ecosystem that provides mid-market businesses with access to world-class accounting, advisory, transaction, and business services across multiple jurisdictions through a single trusted platform.
By combining DVS Advisory Group's global platform capabilities and vision with Whitman Advisory's deep relationships and expertise within the U.S. accounting profession, the alliance seeks to build a new model for the accounting industry—one that preserves the entrepreneurial legacy and independence of local firms while giving them access to global markets, broader capabilities, institutional capital, and long-term growth opportunities.
Expected Economic Impact
As the platform scales, DVS Advisory Group expects the initiative to create meaningful economic value for both India and the United States. Over the next five years, the platform is expected to create more than 2,000 skilled jobs in India across technology, investments, and professional services.
The initiative also aims to provide more than 25,000 American mid-market and lower mid-market businesses with seamless access to India for investment, expansion, and strategic growth.

Divakar Vijayasarathy, Founder & CEO of DVS Advisory Group, said:
"This strategic alliance is the first step in our vision is to build a globally integrated professional and business services platform that, over time, evolves into a comprehensive fintech ecosystem. We have long believed that the accounting profession is one of the world's most trusted and strategically important industries, yet it has historically lacked access to the institutional capital and globally integrated platforms that have transformed many other sectors. We believe the future of accounting lies in enabling firms to preserve their independence and entrepreneurial legacy while giving them seamless access to global markets, broader capabilities, and long-term growth opportunities. We are particularly excited to partner with Phil Whitman and Whitman Advisory. This partnership is anchored first in shared values and mutual trust, and then on a shared vision of building the next generation of globally integrated accounting and business services institution”.
Stating the benefits for India, Divakar elaborated, “Beyond building a global enterprise, we believe this initiative can create meaningful economic impact by generating more than 2,000 high-paying jobs in India, facilitating access to India for more than 25,000 American businesses, and helping catalyze over US$5 billion of investment into India. Our aspiration is not only to build a global institution, but also to contribute meaningfully to India's emergence as a leading global hub for professional and business services”.
