GNG Electronics reports robust Q1 FY26 performance

Mumbai, August 20, 2025: GNG Electronics Limited, India’s largest refurbisher of laptops and desktops and among the largest refurbishers of ICT Devices overall, both globally and in India, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, delivering strong year-on-year growth.

Financial Highlights (Q1 FY26 vs. Q1 FY25)

·         Revenue from operations: Rs312.28 crore in Q1 FY26, up 22.31% YoY from Rs255.31  crore in Q1 FY25

·         EBITDA: Rs35.17 crore in Q1 FY26, up 27.9% YoY from Rs27.50 crore in Q1 FY25

·         PAT: Rs18.52 crore in Q1 FY26, up 52.4% YoY from Rs12.15 crore in Q1 FY25

Operational Highlights:

In Q1 FY’26, the Company delivered a revenue of Rs312.28 crore, marking a healthy 22% growth YoY on the back of robust demand and improved realizations. Gross margins expanded to 21.4%, up from 20.2% YoY and a sharp improvement from 15.0% QoQ. This translated into a stronger operating performance with EBITDA margins at 11.3%, compared to 10.8% in Q1 FY’25 and 6.8% in Q4 FY’25, demonstrating operating leverage. Consequently, profitability scaled up meaningfully with PAT at Rs18.52 crore, up 52.4% YoY and 25.6% QoQ, and PAT margins improving to 5.94%.

During FY25, GNG Electronics refurbished 5.91 lakh devices, a sharp rise from 2.48 lakh in FY23, reflecting the strong demand for its products and services. The Company’s customer base expanded significantly to 4,154 in FY25 from 1,833 in FY23, supported by a growing global procurement network of 557 partners, including corporates, IT asset disposal companies, and leading OEMs. GNG holds the prestigious Certified Refurbishment Partner status with HP and Lenovo, underscoring its commitment to global quality standards. Its refurbishment capabilities are spread across five state-of-the-art facilities in India, the UAE, and the USA, offering advanced L1–L3 repair processes. Strengthening its sustainability leadership, the Company also operates with a robust ESG framework, including ISO 14001 certification and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) authorization for environmentally responsible e-waste management.
