Mumbai, 4 June 2026: Gold and silver prices showed a positive trend today, with gold rising to $4501.90 per ounce (approximately Rs1,38,421 per 10 grams), up by 1.47%, while silver increased slightly to $73.73 per ounce (around Rs2,26,716 per kg), gaining 0.35%. The uptick in gold prices was primarily driven by a combination of geopolitical tensions and a decline in crude oil prices, which settled at $95.50 per barrel (approximately Rs9,133), down by 0.54%.
