Mumbai, 3 September, 2026: Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited proposes to open the initial public offering of its equity shares of face value Rs10 each (“Equity Shares”) on Wednesday, September 09, 2026. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date is a Working Day prior to Bid/Offer Opening Date, being Tuesday, September 08, 2026. The Bid/Offer Closing Date is Friday, September 11, 2026.

The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed from Rs 132 per Equity Share of face value Rs 10 each to Rs139 per Equity Share of face value of Rs 10 each. Bids can be made for a minimum of 107 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 each and multiples of 107 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 each thereafter.

The Offer comprises an offer for sale of up to 5,27,31,946 Equity Shares of face value Rs10 each by certain existing shareholders including up to 24,823,910 Equity Shares of face value of Rs10 each by Avenue India Resurgence Pte. Ltd., up to 10,963,062 Equity Shares of face value of Rs10 each by State Bank of India (together with Avenue India Resurgence Pte. Ltd. the “Promoter Selling Shareholders”), up to 16,244,858 Equity Shares of face value of Rs10 each by Lathe Investment Pte. Ltd. (the “Investor Selling Shareholder”) and up to 700,116 Equity Shares of face value of Rs10 each by The Federal Bank Limited (the “Other Selling Shareholder”, together with the Promoter Selling Shareholders and Investor Selling Shareholder, the “Selling Shareholders”).

ARCIL is an asset reconstruction company (“ARC”) operating across India and are engaged in the business of acquiring stressed assets from banks and financial institutions and implementing resolution strategies through restructuring, enforcement of rights on underlying securities and settlement aimed at maximizing recovery and optimizing the value of such stressed assets in order to generate revenue streams. It is pioneers in the asset reconstruction industry since it was the first ARC to be incorporated in India (Source: CRISIL Report). It is the second most profitable private ARC in India during Fiscal 2025 with a profit for the year of Rs 3,553.19 million on a standalone basis and were the second largest ARC in India in terms of assets under management (“AUM”) with an AUM of Rs 168,525.70 million, as of March 31, 2025.

The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited (“BSE”) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”). For the Offer, NSE shall be the Designated Stock Exchange.
