Fusion CX’s Rs702 Cr IPO to open on October 14,

Mumbai, 09 October, 2026:
Fusion CX Limited, a Customer Experience service and AI Data Infrastructure services provider has set the IPO price band for its Rs702 crore IPO at Rs275-Rs289 per share. The public issue will open on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and close on Friday, October 16, 2026, while the anchor book will open for subscription on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

The IPO of the Kolkata headquartered company is a combination of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs500 crores and an offer for sale (OFS) of equity shares aggregating up to Rs202 crores by the Promoter Selling Shareholders - P N S Business Private Limited and Rasish Consultants Private Limited.
Fusion CX proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds of the Fresh Issue towards funding of the following objects - Rs275 crores towards repayment/prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and certain subsidiaries; Rs61 crores towards investment in step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited for upgrading IT tools (Arya and MindVoice); and remaining towards pursuing inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
Fusion CX, incorporated in 2004 by co-founders Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi, blends deep domain expertise with a portfolio of proprietary AI tools to enable intelligent, multilingual, and omnichannel engagement at scale through a broad spectrum of generative AI-driven technologies that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
The business process solutions and services company which maintains focus on key verticals like telecom and utilities, healthcare and life sciences, high-tech growth and travel (HTT), BFSI, and retail, provides support in 28 languages including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Italian and Hindi.
Fusion CX reported revenue from operations of Rs. 1,818 crores and a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs. 169 crores for FY26. As on June 30, 2026, Fusion CX had 13,735 employees with operations in 13 countries with 40 strategically located delivery centres, ensuring 24x7 support across several time zones.
It’s client portfolio of 208 customers includes 22 Fortune 1000 companies and some of its key customers include DMEC Capital Services, Park West, Telaid, Achieve Collection, Ameriflex, Coastline, Ajio, Meesho, Call Core Media, Arvind Fashion, Propneu S.A., Leonardo Hotels, Insurance Express, K2 Claims Services, Sentry Credit, and Traya.
