Mumbai, February 7, 2024: Jana Small Finance Bank Limited, has allotted 40,32,588 Equity Shares to 17 anchor investors and raised Rs 166.95 crore ahead of company’s proposed IPO at the upper price band of Rs 414 per equity share (including premium of Rs 404 per equity shares) with face value of Rs 10 per share.
