Mumbai, 12 October, 2026: UpTik, an invoice financing startup, has scaled its business nearly fourfold in six months, with monthly disbursements rising from Rs3.6 crore in March 2026 to Rs13.5 crore in September 2026, representing a 3.75X increase. During the same period, the platform’s Assets Under Management (AUM) grew from Rs6.5 crore to Rs25.4 crore, marking a 3.9X increase.

The growth marks a significant acceleration in UpTik’s financing activity through the first half of FY27, with both monthly disbursement volumes and AUM recording substantial increases over the six-month period.

Monthly disbursements increased by Rs9.9 crore between March and September, translating into approximately 275% growth over the period. AUM increased by Rs18.9 crore during the same period, representing approximately 291% growth.

The increase in monthly disbursements reflects the rise in the volume of financing being facilitated through the platform, while the growth in AUM indicates the expansion in the overall scale of assets managed through UpTik.

Vinod Varma, Co-founder & CEO, UpTik, said, “Over the last six months, we have seen a significant acceleration in the scale of our business, with both monthly disbursements and AUM growing nearly fourfold. This growth reflects the increasing relevance of invoice financing as businesses look for faster and more efficient ways to manage working capital, while investors seek structured opportunities beyond traditional avenues. As we scale further, our focus will remain on building greater participation on both sides of the platform and making invoice-backed financing more accessible across the ecosystem.”

The six-month period marks a notable change in UpTik’s operating scale. From facilitating Rs3.6 crore in monthly disbursements in March, the platform is now facilitating Rs13.5 crore in a single month. Similarly, its AUM has moved from Rs6.5 crore to Rs25.4 crore.

The growth comes against the backdrop of continued demand for alternative working-capital solutions, particularly among businesses managing cash-flow pressures arising from delayed customer payments. Invoice financing enables businesses to unlock working capital against eligible invoices, while providing investors access to an alternative investment opportunity.

Going forward, UpTik aims to build on this momentum by scaling financing volumes and expanding access to invoice-backed investment opportunities across businesses and sectors.
