Mumbai, July 8, 2026: Dailoqa, an AI-native, compliance-first solutions company delivering enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions for financial services, today announced the appointment of Sonali Kulkarni as Partner. Sonali will lead Dailoqa’s functional and business development efforts as it scales its enterprise-grade Broccoli™ platform across India and its global target markets, including the UAE, UK, Australia, ASEAN, Africa, and Switzerland.
Sonali brings more than two decades of experience leading digital transformation and technology strategy across Asia’s Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. Sonali joins Dailoqa from Microsoft, where she served as Country Head BFSI, India and South Asia since March 2024, driving enterprise-level AI adoption across some of the region’s largest banks and financial institutions. Prior to Microsoft, she spent eleven years at Accenture, rising to Managing Director and leading the Financial Services practice in India with client experiences across Asia & Middle East markets. She previously held senior roles at EY and GE Capital.
In her role as Partner, Sonali will work closely with Dailoqa’s Co-Founders and Partner network to accelerate go-to-market across India and global markets, deepen enterprise client relationships, and shape the company’s strategic positioning as the agentic AI category continues to mature within financial services.
Over the course of her career, Sonali has been at the centre of three defining shifts in the financial services industry: the migration to core digital infrastructure, the move to cloud-based operating models, and now, the transition to AI-powered, agent-led businesses. She views this moment as a pivotal time.
“The Financial Services industry is entering a decisive phase. Digital is fast becoming legacy. AI is now the foundation for innovation, growth and resilience. Intelligence is becoming a utility, available on demand, powering decisions, conversations, and compliance in real time. This is not an incremental change; it’s a structural shift that will redefine how the BFSI industry operates, how employees work, and how customers experience financial services.”, says Sonali Kulkarni, Partner, Dailoqa.
Dailoqa was founded on the belief of Combined Intelligence: Human Expertise and Agentic AI, working together for Financial Services. Sonali’s vast experience navigating complex institutional environments, building trust with enterprise clients, and driving transformation at scale epitomises the Dailoqa philosophy. Together, they represent the kind of combined intelligence that the company delivers to its clients.
Commenting on Sonali’s appointment, Priyanka Nayyar, Co-Founder, Dailoqa says, “We set out to build Dailoqa with the right talent. Sonali has spent her career at the intersection of technology and financial services leadership combined with AI-led enterprise transformation. This experience is exactly what this stage of our growth needs. We are thrilled that she has chosen to join us.”
