Mumbai, January 5, 2024: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel, during the

inauguration of the 18th GIHED Property Show in Ahmedabad,

conveyed that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra

Modi, the country is concurrently focusing on heritage preservation and

timely development. The CM compared the approaching atmosphere for

the Pran Pratistha ceremony of the grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya to the

jubilant celebration that occurred upon Lord Rama's arrival in Ayodhya

from Lanka.

In addition to that, the Vibrant Summit 2024, scheduled to take place,

has fostered a dynamic atmosphere of modern development in Gujarat.

Under the visionary leadership of the Prime Minister, monumental

projects such as Mahakal Lok are reaching completion in the country,

propelling the nation's development to an unprecedented speed and

scale. Previously, people used to cite examples of development in

America, but now, development in India is illustrated as a role model

for others. Such achievements have been realized because of the

visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, added the

Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister further emphasized that the Prime Minister has

introduced the concept of a green environment and is committed to

moving towards Net Zero. This can only be achieved if we all

collectively strive in that direction. Referring to the MoU signed by

CREDAI in the context of CSR, the CM mentioned that by engaging in

such generous activities collectively, we can make significant

contributions to society.

In alignment with achieving the mantra of "Ek Bharat-Shreshtha

Bharat" given by the Prime Minister, the CM highlighted the need to

progress towards the nation's development. The pace of development

is accelerated when social organizations, NGOs, business associations,

and the government collaborate on humanitarian activities. On this

occasion, CREDAI pledged to fulfil the five resolutions made to

commemorate their 25 years of celebration.

In this context, CREDAI Ahmedabad President Shri Dhruv Patel stated

that CSR activities will be amplified in the coming days to make a more

meaningful impact. An MoU was signed with Yuva Unstoppable to

enhance 50 government schools in the Ahmedabad district, establish

smart schools, and construct separate toilets for girls and boys.

CREDAI-GIHED also inked an MoU with a prominent institution to

create an urban forest in Ahmedabad, aiming to reduce carbon

footprint by planting 1 lakh trees and preserving the area. The Chief

Minister mentioned that the government has adopted a positive

approach to make appropriate decisions concerning builder-related

issues.

Rajya Sabha MP Shri Narhari Amin, Ahmedabad Mayor Smt. Pratibha

Jain, Vejalpur MLA Shri Amit Thaker, CREDAI India President Shri
