That is the promise SBI seeks to uphold with the ambition of connecting and remaining relevant and accessible to our people across every segment of society. Our continued transformation, particularly in the digital space, is meant to ensure that a trusted digital service is provided at population scale, and this capability and transforming digital capabilities allow us to reach further and serve faster while our people ensure that banking remains personal, accessible, and trusted. I accept these awards with gratitude on behalf of half a billion customers whom we serve and our SBI family across the country and also in twenty-nine countries where we serve the people."

Over the past year, SBI strengthened its customer franchise through continued investments in digital innovation, service excellence and financial inclusion. The Bank launched the New YONO platform, crossed 10 crore registered YONO users, and introduced AI-powered customer services and personalised digital experiences. SBI also expanded its reach with the addition of over 300 new branches across the country.
