The transition will be completely seamless — visitors to www.kotak.com will be automatically redirected to www.kotak.bank.in, ensuring uninterrupted access to digital banking services.
As part of this transition:
Customers will start receiving emails from @kotakalert.bank.in, along with existing domains
@kotak.com, @kotak.in, and @kotak.bank.in during the transition period
