Mumbai, 17 August, 2026: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has entered into a three-year agreement with GYFTR Ltd. to support customer engagement and activation initiatives for its credit card customers.
The partnership adds to GYFTR’s growing association with leading banks and financial institutions, enabling banking partners to create relevant, brand-led experiences that deliver additional value to their customers through digital platforms.
The platform will bring together brands across categories including shopping, food delivery, entertainment, dining and travel.
As part of the engagement, GYFTR will develop and operate a dedicated, PNB-branded digital platform through which selected PNB credit card customers can access curated offers and digital experiences from a range of participating brands.

The participating brand portfolio may include names such as Amazon Prime, Swiggy One, SonyLIV, Starbucks, Domino’s, Myntra, Bata and PVR, with the catalogue being updated from time to time in consultation with PNB.
GYFTR will provide the underlying technology, platform operations and payment infrastructure, together with its extensive brand network and merchant integrations, enabling a seamless customer journey from the PNB white-label experience through to acceptance at participating brands’ stores and websites.
The initiative is designed to provide PNB with an additional digital channel to engage its credit card customer base and create meaningful customer touchpoints through relevant brand partnerships.
