Mumbai, August 13, 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB), India’s leading public sector bank, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), to provide comprehensive inventory funding solutions for Maruti Suzuki's dealer network across India. This strategic partnership will offer customised financial products designed to enhance working capital access and strengthen the operational capabilities of automobile dealers nationwide.
PNB is providing sanctions for credit facilities of up to Rs25 crore through digital mode. This partnership will facilitate hassle-free delivery of credit facilities to dealers of MSIL and also provide CMS (Cash Management System) services to MSIL.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri Ashok Chandra, MD & CEO, PNB, alongside Shri Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Shri Tsuyoshi Takeshita, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales and Shri Vishal Sharma, Vice-President - Maruti Suzuki Finance & Driving Schools from MSIL.
