Mumbai, October 11, 2025: As part of IOSCO’s World Investor Week 2025, the *Gift Brokers Association (GBA)* , in collaboration with the *International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA)* and *NSE International Exchange (NSE IX)* , successfully organised a seminar on “Building Broker Awareness.”
The session aimed to enhance understanding among brokers and intermediaries on various regulatory, operational, and product-related developments within the GIFT IFSC ecosystem.
The seminar featured distinguished speakers including *Mr. Pradeep Ramakrishnan* , Executive Director, IFSCA; *Mr. Amit Prajapati,* Deputy General Manager, IFSCA; *Mr. Meet S. Pandya* , Head – Business & Product Development, NSE IX; *Mr. Kartavya Soni* , Co-Head – Technology & Operations, NSE IX; *Mr. Nikhil Mehta,* Head – Regulatory & Compliance, NSE IX; and *Mr. Saroj Nanda,* Head – Risk Management, NSE IX.
Representing the Gift Brokers Association, *Mr. Nitesh Jaiswal, Chairman,* highlighted the Association’s commitment to fostering industry collaboration, regulatory awareness, and investor protection within GIFT IFSC.
The discussion focused on several key themes, including the IPO Bidding Platform, process flow for broker dealers, introduction to ODTE options, and important regulatory and compliance touchpoints from the Exchange and Clearing Corporation.
Speaking on the occasion, the GBA Chairman Mr. Nitesh Jaiswal noted,

The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session, providing participants valuable insights into the evolving operational and compliance framework at GIFT City.
The event is part of GBA’s ongoing initiative to support financial literacy, investor education, and member engagement during World Investor Week (6th–12th October 2025), celebrated globally under the guidance of IOSCO.
