The amount Raised From 21 Anchor Investors at upper price band of Rs139 per equity share

Mumbai, 9 September, 2026: Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited has allotted 1,58,19,583 equity shares to 21 anchor investors at Rs 139/- per Equity Share (including share premium of Rs 129/- per Equity Share) aggregating Rs Rs219.89 Crores, ahead of company’s proposed Initial Public Offer.
The anchor book saw participation from a wide variety of investors, including Goldman Sachs India Asset Management Company, WhiteOak Capital, Bandhan Small Cap Fund, Bajaj Life Insurance Limited, JM Financial Mutual Fund, IndusInd General Insurance Company Limited, Groww Mutual Fund, Tata Multi Asset Allocation Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, Societe Generale, BofA Securities Europe SA and Integrated Core Strategies (Asia) Pte. Ltd.

40% of the Anchor Investor Portion was reserved for domestic Mutual Funds, Life Insurance Companies and Pension Funds in the following manner (i) 33.33% of the Anchor Investor Portion was reserved for domestic Mutual Funds, and (ii) 6.67% of the Anchor Investor Portion was reserved for Life Insurance Companies and Pension Funds.
Out of the total allocation of 1,58,19,583 Equity Shares to the Anchor Investors, 81,29,432 Equity Shares (i.e. 51.39% of the total allocation to Anchor Investors) were allocated to 6 Domestic Mutual Funds have applied through a total of 12 schemes.
Out of the total allocation of 1,58,19,583 Equity Shares to the Anchor Investors, 7,19,468 Equity Shares in Anchor Investor Portion, which is 4.55% of the Anchor Investor portion, have been allocated to life insurance companies and pension funds.
