Mumbai, 19 May 2026: AU Small Finance Bank announced a strategic collaboration with Intellect Design Arena to accelerate its transition into an AI-first bank and build a scalable, technology-led banking franchise powered by enterprise-wide intelligence.

The partnership marks a key step in advancing enterprise AI adoption in Indian banking, combining AU SFB’s digital ambitions with Intellect’s AI-first platform capabilities to drive scalable, outcome-driven transformation across business operations.
With more than 2,790 banking touchpoints across 21 states and 4 union territories serving over 1.2 crore customers, the bank is embedding intelligence across customer journeys, operations and decision-making.
AU SFB has selected Purple Fabric as its enterprise AI foundation to enable domain-driven innovation, seamless integration with existing systems and scalable AI deployment across the organization.
The bank will also deploy PF Credit, an AI-powered decision engine designed to analyse customer data in real time, automate credit assessments and enable faster, more consistent lending decisions.
