Mumbai, November 26, 2025: Mumbai - Citi today announced the appointment of Manoj Goel as Head of Corporate FX Sales for India and the Indian Subcontinent, effective immediately.

Manoj joins Citi from HSBC, where he served as Head of Global Markets Corporate Sales. With over 23 years of experience in Indian financial markets, he has led some of the country’s largest cross-border FX transactions and played a key role in establishing corridor connects across major international markets. His extensive experience spans client advisory, structured FX solutions, and strategic risk management.

In his new role at Citi, Manoj will report to Vandana Bhatter, Head of Corporate FX Sales for Japan, Asia North & Australia (JANA) and Asia South, and Aditya Bagree, Head of Markets for India. He will be responsible for strengthening Citi’s Corporate FX franchise across the region, deepening client engagement, and enhancing the delivery of innovative FX and risk management solutions to corporates with cross-border requirements.

Manoj holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani and is a silver medalist from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (MBA, Class of 2002).
