Mumbai, 19 October, 2026: The new branch of Punjab National Bank, located at Modern International School, Sector 19, Dwarka, was inaugurated today by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Shri Ashok Chandra. Present on the occasion were Executive Director Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, Zonal Head-Delhi Shri Rajesh Bhowmick, Circle Head-West Delhi Shri Purushottam Vinit, Branch Head Shri Rajan Arora, and other dignitaries.
The programme began with a floral tribute to Punjab Kesari Lala Lajpat Rai, the founder of Punjab National Bank and a great freedom fighter. On this occasion, Shri Ashok Chandra and Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava paid tribute to his incomparable contribution to the nation and his visionary role in establishing the Bank.
