Ms. Valli Sekar designated as `Chief Business Officer –Affordable Business’

Mumbai, 3 August, 2025: The Board of Directors at the meeting held today i.e., August 02, 2025 approved 2 appointments.
Mr. Jatul Anand, Function Head, has been designated as Executive Director (not a board member). He will be overall in-charge of `Prime and Emerging’ Business (Sales, Credit, Product and Collections) with effect from August 02, 2025.
(ii) Ms. Valli Sekar, Function Head, has been designated as `Chief Business Officer –Affordable Business’. She will be overall in-charge of `Affordable Business’ (Sales, Credit,Product and Collections) with effect from August 02, 2025.
Jatul Anand is presently the Chief Credit & Collections Officer of PNB Housing Finance Limited. He joined the Company on June 19, 2013 and served for more than 12 years. He has overall experience of 22 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and has completed a course from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002. Previously, he was associated with companies like ICICI Bank Limited and Standard Chartered Bank.
Valli Sekar is presently the Chief Sales and Collection Officer – Affordable Business of PNB Housing Finance Limited. She joined our Company on June 6, 2022 and was instrumental in establishing affordable business for us. She has completed 3 years with us and has overall experience of 25 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Tirunelveli. Previously, she was associated with Shriram Housing finance, Mahindra Housing Finance, Aadhar Housing finance and others.
